How much time take will it take to deliver my order?
ORDERS
A majority of our pieces are still made to order. This means your items are made with love in California and not mass produced. This also mean it can take as much to 2-5 days before shipment. If there happens to be more of a wait we do our best to drop you an email. Be assured we do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible, promise! All orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the coming Monday.
You should receive three emails regarding your order. One, of confirmation of order placement. Two, to let you know that your order is being filled and packed to ship. Three, a confirmation of shipment of your package including a tracking number.
Your order should arrive 7-10 days after we ship it. Please be patient! It's on its way! All products have high demand and extreme interest. No worries, we will keep following your order.
We are no longer able to track an order once it makes it past customs. You should receive a custom's number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped. Use this number to assist you on tracking down your package once it has been sent.

Please be aware that for logistical reasons, we may ship out your orders in separate packages, where you shall therefore receive more than one tracking reference (one per package sent).
How is my order shipped?
We ship orders oversea by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we shall send it to the shipping company and it shall then be completely handled by them. After arriving in your country, it will be handled by your country's internal postal service.

In some very rare cases, your country's customs service may impose an import duty based upon the type of product or cost of product that was ordered and delivered. This is very rare, however, some countries and more likely than others to apply an import customs duty, notable Germany is particularly renowned for adding extra taxes. However, to repeat, this is extremely rare, and the vast majority of deliveries are processed with no additional customs import taxes applied, due to the bi-lateral, world trade and regional trade agreements signed by most countries for global trade rules.
